What you can expect from Pioneer:
- Pioneer to supply and deliver the first order of materials, but we will err on the side of less materials so we don’t have any returns.
- Pioneer will show up to the job on the scheduled day and introduce you to the customer and let you know what has been talked about to make sure we are aligned with the customers expectations before passing off the job.
- Pioneer will pull Permits and take care of electrical to the switch (we should try to have this ready prior to installing unit if possible)
- Quick payment to subcontractor (less than 30 days)
What Pioneer expects from Our SubContractors:
- Have valid licenses and insurance
- Perform clean, quality work, up to code and in a time-efficient manner
- Wear one item of Pioneer-branded clothing. (hat, sweater)
- Being polite to customers and handle them in a professional manor
- Respecting Pioneer's relationship with the customer and refraining from taking future business from our company.
- Commissioning of unit and explanation to customer how to use it
- Clean up thoroughly, dispose of garbage, but you may keep any extra materials under $200 in value.
Pricing:
We expect that these prices include all labour and up to $150 in misc materials such as screws, glue, clips, etc. Any materials over this amount you can bill us for. We need approval if this will be over $500 extra.

Furnace Only: $1200
Mini Split Installation 1 Head : $1300
Per head after: $800
Ducted Mini Split:
$1700 plus $200 per diffuser
